52nd Annual Thanksgiving Dinner for Seniors
Whitman Knights of Columbus Serve Up Thanksgiving for Seniors
On November 22, 2026 the community came together for the 52nd Annual Whitman Knights of Columbus Thanksgiving Dinner for seniors. All of the food was prepared and donated by KofC Council 347 members and their families, with delicious desserts provided by the Ladies of Peace.
The Whitman Police Department posted: " The highlight of the day is always the great jokes told by Whitman Council On Aging Director, Mary Holland!
The meals were served by the many volunteers, including the Whitman-Hanson Varsity Football players and Coach Zach Botelho, and members of the Whitman Police Department lead by Chief Tim Hanlon."
And "We can’t say enough about the fine people from the Whitman Knights Of Columbus and their volunteers. A great organization that always puts community first! Thank you for letting us participate in this great event!."
